Market entry
& readiness
Coordinate qualified regulatory, legal and product-safety specialists to assess U.S. market access and the requirements for launch.
We’re building a U.S. distribution company for international humanoid manufacturers—connecting great technology with the customers, channels and local operations it needs to succeed.
Entering a new market takes more than shipping a robot. It takes the right customers, a practical launch plan and people on the ground.
Humanoid America is seeking selected international manufacturers for long-term U.S. distribution partnerships. Our model is built around shared commercial goals, defined U.S. rights and a practical plan to grow together.
What we look for in a partnerFor selected partners, we will build and coordinate the U.S. resources required at each stage—from market readiness to distribution and local support.
Coordinate qualified regulatory, legal and product-safety specialists to assess U.S. market access and the requirements for launch.
Develop customer opportunities, build reseller relationships and create a U.S. sales strategy around the robot’s capabilities.
Plan demonstrations, customer pilots, import logistics and fulfillment with the right local providers.
Develop training, spare-parts and service plans. Consider localization or U.S. assembly where the product and launch strategy call for it.
A long-term priority within our broader U.S. humanoid distribution strategy.
We believe healthcare and support for older adults represent one of the most meaningful long-term opportunities for humanoid robotics.
Our vision is to bring technologies to the American market that help people live more independently, assist with everyday tasks and give caregivers more time for human care.
We are particularly interested in manufacturers developing solutions for homes, senior-living communities and healthcare settings.
We intend to evaluate practical applications with manufacturers and care organizations—with safety, reliability, privacy and appropriate regulatory review at the center of that process.
We are looking for more than a robot to sell. We are looking for a manufacturer with whom we can build a lasting U.S. business.
Demonstrated capabilities, a credible team and a realistic path to commercial deployment.
A limited or developing U.S. commercial presence, with a clear reason to work with a dedicated local distributor.
Openness to exclusive U.S. distribution rights, clear responsibilities and mutually agreed performance milestones.
A commitment to training, service documentation, parts availability and continued software support.
Our first question is simple: what is your plan for the United States, and what do you still need to succeed here?
Discuss your U.S. goals, product capabilities, readiness and existing partnerships.
Explore territory, distribution rights, responsibilities and shared milestones.
Assess the product, market-access requirements and customer pilot opportunities.
Build the sales and operating model in stages, with capital planning tied to an agreed growth strategy.
